Orders from this website will be shipped from the United Kingdom, UK customers will not have to pay import tax.
For non-UK customers, Import duties are NOT included in the shipping costs and can be charged to you directly by UPS after clearing customs. The issue is out of our control once it is shipped.
Final prices are calculated at checkout.
For orders within the UK, we offer:
- UPS Standard (1-2 days)
- UPS Express Saver (1 day)
Outside of the EU, we offer:
- UPS Express Saver (3-5 work days)
- UPS Express (3-5 work days before 12:00)
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days. We kindly remind you that sale items can only be refunded as store credit. For all returns please use www.patta.co/pages/returns-portal We do not accept online returns in store.
Please note
All products that are bought on sale or at a discounted price will be refunded in full via store credit. This store credit can then be used in store or on our website. We are unable to process sale returns to the original payment method. If you do prefer a refund to the original payment method, please contact us by e-mail. Because customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we will be flexible.
